I didn't do much today. Woke up, went to the bike shop to get my saddle fixed. While I was there, I got my chain and cassette replaced. That sent me back a pretty penny. I then proceeded back to the apartment and fell asleep on the couch for most of the day. Angel and Shelley and JP were nice enough to let me stay an extra nice - I was just so beat! During the rare moments that I was awake during the day, I watched movies with Angel. I got some locally made ice cream at one point and fell back to sleep.
Today was a hardcore rest day!
